Our more than 300 employees collaborate and engage in and around our headquarters in St. Gallen, Switzerland, and offices in London and New York City. • You have 5+ years of experience in a DevOps or Systems Engineer role – ideally in the SaaS space.
  • You’re comfortable with web servers (Nginx), relational databases (e.g., MySQL, including replication and performance tuning), and Linux (Amazon Linux/CentOS/RedHat).
  • You have knowledge and experience with Docker containerization, including container orchestration and management (e.g., Kubernetes or AWS ECS).
  • You have worked with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Cloudfront or OpenSearch).
  • You’ve worked with Terraform in the past and can create infrastructure as code for scalable environments.
  • You have knowledge of CI / CD pipelines and have implemented automated build and deployment processes.
  • You have knowledge of Puppet configuration management (Bonus). You’ve worked cross functionally with Developer Support and Deployment Support roles.
  • You’re an IT generalist who’s comfortable shaping and defining the role with us.You have a strong understanding of monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Datadog or Grafana).
