Where strategy meets systems: drive impact through cross-functional initiatives!

Coveo is looking for a Senior Enterprise Business Analyst to lead key projects that optimize our internal processes and enable scalable growth. You’ll sit at the crossroads of technology and operations, turning complexity into clarity and aligning teams around what matters most.

Curious about how tech, process, and strategy come together to drive business impact? In this role, you’ll lead high-impact initiatives with stakeholders like Finance, Human Resources, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, and much more - helping Coveo scale smartly. Come shape the future of how we work, one project at a time!

As our Senior Enterprise Business Analyst, you will:
  • Lead business analysis for cross-functional initiatives from intake to implementation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements.
  • Translate business needs into solution designs and project plans that guide execution.
  • Map and optimize existing processes to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Partner with Enablement to support user adoption, onboarding, and change management.
  • Align with Enterprise Systems teams to test, validate, and deliver scalable solutions.
Here is what will qualify you for the role:
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or enterprise system implementation.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise systems (Salesforce, Workday, etc.).
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional projects, from requirement gathering to solution design, across platforms like Salesforce Service and Sales Cloud.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complexity into clarity.
What will make you stand out:
  • Strong business acumen and experience facilitating workshops or cross-team sessions.
  • Certified in Salesforce Business Analyst, Project Management Professional (PMP), or similar, with solid expertise in agile methodologies and business process modeling.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving tech environment.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Sigma, Power BI).

Do you think you can bring this role to life? Or add your own color? You don’t need to check every single box; passion goes a long way and we appreciate that skillsets are transferable.

With over 1,800 tech companies, many of which are leaders in their sectors, the city's tech talent now makes up more than 13 percent of its total workforce. This growth is driven not only by the big players like UL Solutions and Dropbox, but also by a thriving startup ecosystem, as new businesses emerge to follow in the footsteps of those that came before them.
