In this role, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented ERP LN Technical Analyst Programmer to join our team. The successful candidate plays a crucial role in working to identify technical requirements, streamline programming processes, and ensure the effective Implementation of solutions. As a Technical Analyst Programmer, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure our systems support organizational goals, enhance system efficiency, and contribute to overall business success.

Also strong Understanding of System Analysis and ERP Programming, Proficient in LN Application, LN Studio, SQL, Hands on experience in Infor LN Programming.

Experience in creating Tables / Indexes / Sessions / Forms / Reports, Experience in DAL / DAL 2 / Extension Scripts, Experience in ION Data Flows, ION Workflows, Development related to ION Integration ad XSLT mapping, Strong SQL and Database management skills.

Collaborate between Support, Business and technical teams, Create Interfaces for Infor LN using other tools and languages, Perform debugging and Analytical skills to identify and resolve problems, Integration with third party applications through Web Services.

Working Knowledge of IDM / DOM, Should be able to interact with functional leads and make technical designs, Experience in Migration Projects, Experience in working with PMC, ERP LN Job Scheduling and maintenance, Experience in C4Ws configuration of API, Experience in PowerShell Script, JSON, XML, Microsoft Tool, Understanding of Infor Products such as Factory Track, Infor XM, Infor Birst.

Key Accountabilities

System Analysis, Design, Development, Testing:

  • To be able to understand the technical requirement of a business process, Analyze and Design technical solution.
  • Develop and implement advanced technical solutions, Interfaces between systems.
  • Provide training and support to Junior LN Programmers on standard development methodology and best practices.

Process Optimization:

  • Identify gaps in current processes and recommend solutions leveraging ERP LN technical capabilities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance LN Programs and performance and system utilization.

Integration & Data Management:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration between LN systems and other enterprise applications.
  • Maintain data integrity and accuracy across ERP LN modules and integrated products.
  • Identify, track, and resolve system issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Gather, analyze, and document technical business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (business users, project managers, IT teams) to ensure the proper translation of business requirements into system specifications.
  • Perform gap analysis to identify system deficiencies.
  • Propose solutions to optimize business processes.
  • Create and maintain detailed technical specifications with reference to related system documentation.
  • Conduct system testing and optimization of programs, executing tests to ensure the final product meets technical specifications and performance criteria.
  • Provide guidance and support to developers during the design and implementation phases.
  • Assist with system integration, Data migration.
  • Serve as a liaison between ERP Business leads and technical teams to ensure project success.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience as a Technical Analyst Programmer, Technical Analyst, or similar role.
  • Experience in facilitating workshops and user training sessions.
  • Training experience for ERP LN Technical resources (Preferred).
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment (Preferred).
  • Experience implementing ERP LN CloudSuite (Preferred; must-have).

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of ERP LN Technical methodology and ability to translate them into technical system requirements.
  • Experience with Infor LN product LN10.7, ERP LN CloudSuite.
  • Strong knowledge of technical programming for Planning, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Quality, Finance and Service, Big Project modules.
  • Familiarity with making technical analysis and design documents.
  • Knowledge of system integration techniques and best practices.

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
