Summary:
The Senior People Development Facilitator reports to the Director, People Development. The role includes performing training needs assessment, design & develop courses, deliver programs and support learning implementation related to leadership, management, and soft skills programs.
This role is Hybrid, a candidate will be required to travel to either the Marlton, NJ office OR Conshohocken, PA office.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with the Director, People Development to conduct training needs assessment.
Work with the Director, People Development to design and develop new training programs based on the needs identified.
Work with Director, People Development and the LMS team to maintain courses on LMS.
Manage and facilitate leadership, management, and soft skill programs in both virtual and in-person classrooms.
Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
Ensure timely communication happens with Management and within the People Development Department.
Provide timely reports as needed or requested.
Provide insights to the Director, People Development, and the People Development team on new trends in the Learning & Organizational Development field.
Take up performance coaching assignments as and when needed.
Assist recruiting and interviewing potential candidates.
Contributes to reviewing new courses created by trainers.
Facilitate events both virtually and in-person whenever required.
Support the People Development team to assess vendors related to training/learning technologies and platforms.
Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

This position is an individual contributor with no direct reports but may provide guidance, leadership, or training to others.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree from a Four (4) year College or University and eight (8) years of Learning & Organizational Development required
Master’s degree preferred

Certificate for Talent Development Professionals
SHRM Certified Professional
Any Personality Profile certification – DISC/MBTI
Work Complexity:
