The Role

Reporting to the Corporate Controller, the Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in Solink’s company-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes. This role serves as a central point of coordination across Finance, Operations, R&D, and Product, partnering with leaders to align financial plans with strategic priorities and operational drivers.

The Senior Financial Analyst will provide insight and analysis that support executive decision-making, including consolidated management reporting, variance analysis, and Board- and committee-level materials. Through strong finance business partnering, integrated financial modeling, and continuous improvement of FP&A systems and processes, this role helps drive accountability, scalability, and informed decision-making across the organization.

What You’ll Do

Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting (Core Focus)
  • Own the consolidation of the company-wide annual budget and rolling forecasts, partnering with department leaders to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.

  • Act as the central point of coordination across Finance, Operations, R&D, and Product to challenge assumptions, improve forecast accuracy, and drive accountability.

  • Develop and maintain integrated financial models that link operational drivers to financial outcomes (ARR, headcount, margin, cash).

  • Lead variance analysis versus budget and forecast, translating results into clear insights and recommended actions for senior leadership.

Executive & Board-Level Reporting
  • Prepare high-quality financial decks and narratives for the Board of Directors and the Risk & Audit Committee, including KPIs, trends, risks, and forward-looking analysis.

  • Present consolidated budgets, forecasts, and performance updates to executive leadership, with direct exposure to the CEO.

  • Ensure financial storytelling is clear, concise, and decision-oriented, tailored to a Board and executive audience.

Finance Business Partnering
  • Serve as a trusted finance business partner to functional leaders, providing financial insight, challenge, and support on key initiatives.

  • Support investment decisions, pricing changes, hiring plans, and operational trade-offs through data-driven analysis.

  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to improve financial literacy, ownership, and performance across the organization.

  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities, escalating key issues with well-supported recommendations.

Management Reporting & Performance Analysis
  • Own the monthly management reporting package, including financial results, KPI dashboards, and executive commentary.

  • Analyze performance drivers across revenue, cost structure, and margin, connecting financial results back to operational activity.

  • Continuously improve reporting cadence, structure, and automation to scale with the business.

Financial Reporting & Governance Support
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes, ensuring consistency between management reporting and statutory results.

  • Collaborate with Accounting on IFRS-related topics to ensure forecasts, budgets, and Board materials reflect accounting reality.

  • Assist in preparation for Risk & Audit Committee discussions by providing forward-looking risk assessments and sensitivity analyses.

Systems, Process & Model Improvement
  • Enhance FP&A models, forecasting tools, and reporting processes within NetSuite and related systems.

  • Drive automation and standardization of budget, forecast, and reporting workflows.

  • Support finance transformation initiatives that improve scalability, data quality, and decision support.

What You Bring

Must-Have:

  • 4+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, or a related analytical role

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data into business recommendations

  • Proven experience supporting sales or marketing functions in a SaaS or recurring revenue environment

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence non-financial stakeholders

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with attention to detail and deadlines

Nice-to-Have:
