OUR IDEAL SENIOR FRONTEND ENGINEER WILL HAVE:
  • Significant experience leading teams that ship robust front-end or web applications at scale, especially for enterprise or SaaS products

  • Demonstrated technical depth with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, TypeScript, Webpack, CSS-in-JS, etc.) and large-scale component systems

  • A strong track record of technical planning, project leadership, and mentoring engineers

  • (Bonus) Experience building or integrating AI-powered UI features, such as agentic workflows, Copilot/assistant experiences, or embedded ML

  • Passion for user experience, accessibility, and driving adoption of innovative interface paradigms

  • Ability to translate complex product goals into actionable engineering and UX requirements

  • Skilled communicator, able to coordinate across technical and non-technical audiences
