About the Role

We are transitioning our core operational capabilities from third-party low-code solutions to a robust, highly scalable, in-house ecosystem. In this role, you will be a foundational member of the CX Platform team.

You will not just be building isolated screens; you will be architecting the core platform that powers our operational tooling. We are looking for an engineer who is ready to tackle platform-level challenges: scalable frontend architecture, modular decoupling, complex state management, and secure data aggregation layers.

Technology Stack:

We are technology agnostic and value strong conceptual foundations over syntax memorization. You will work with:
  • Front-end: Advanced React, Component-Driven UI, Modular CSS Architectures.
  • Architecture: Distributed modular paradigms, Monorepo management, Modern build tools and bundlers.
  • Platform/Data Layer: Aggregation patterns, secure API proxies, Node.js environments.
  • Cloud & Infra: CI/CD pipelines for frontend ecosystems, strict environment isolation, RBAC integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Platform Architecture: Architect, build, and maintain the foundational platform ecosystem that will seamlessly host various operational modules and applications for the CX team.
  • Secure Data Aggregation: Design and implement the necessary intermediary layers to securely aggregate data, standardize payloads, and enforce strict authorization rules (RBAC) before sensitive information reaches the client application.
  • Developer Experience (DX): Establish technical patterns, templates, and scaffolding to ensure a collaboration-friendly architecture, minimizing merge conflicts, dependency hell, and UI regressions.
  • Operational Efficiency: Collaborate closely with core business stakeholders to understand their daily operational workflows and build technical solutions that drastically reduce handling times and cognitive load.
  • Mentorship: Elevate the engineering culture by championing best practices in frontend architecture, accessibility, and code quality.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluent or advanced English (Upper-intermediate is fine, as long as you can communicate clearly in a technical setting).
  • Advanced React & UI Engineering: Deep understanding of React (internals, rendering lifecycles, advanced hooks) and solid foundations in web standards (HTML/DOM, CSS, HTTP).
  • Frontend Architecture: Proven track record of designing scalable frontend solutions (routing ecosystems, state management at scale, bundle optimization) rather than just consuming existing setups.
  • Systemic Backend Integration: Strong capability to design and consume secure API integration layers (Node.js/TypeScript) that serve as secure proxies or aggregators for core microservices.
  • Tooling & Workflows: Solid understanding of collaboration workflows in large engineering organizations (Git strategies, CI/CD for frontends, build/bundling optimizations).
  • Problem Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with a balance of creative UI implementation and strict engineering rigor.

Nice to have (highly desirable):

  • Platform Experience: Previous experience working in Core Frontend teams, Platform Enablement teams, or building Developer Tools.
  • Internal Tools / Enterprise Ops: Experience building internal tools, CRM systems, or high-density data applications focused on operational efficiency and scale.
  • Advanced Architectures: Real-world experience implementing distributed frontend architectures and working within complex Monorepo setups.
  • Regulated Environments: Background in highly regulated sectors (Fintech, Healthcare) dealing with strict role-based access control (RBAC) and data isolation.
