Staff Full Stack Developer
We are looking for a highly skilled React developer who is comfortable with Next.js to join our Products & Technology team in Toronto. You will work directly with the product and design team to build and enhance core products used by our customers. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on solving technical challenges and delivering high-quality code.
As a Staff Full Stack Developer, you will be a key contributor within a product team of 4-7 people. Your focus will be on execution—writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code, shipping features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive impact. While mentorship is encouraged, this is not a leadership role; rather, we seek someone who delivers results and can navigate technical complexity with ease. Our teams work in an agile environment and developers are given autonomy in how they approach their work.

Undergraduate degree, equivalent, or years of proven development experience
-
Minimum of 7-10 years of professional software development experience
-
Strong expertise in React and JavaScript/TypeScript
-
Experience working with RESTful APIs and back-end integration
-
A track record of solving challenging technical problems and seeing them to completion

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively
