Description of the Team
This role sits within CoreWeave’s Global Supply Chain organization and partners closely with Engineering, Data Center Operations, Capacity Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and Warehousing teams. The team is responsible for ensuring material readiness and operational continuity across CoreWeave’s rapidly expanding global data center footprint.
About the role:
The Senior Global Supply Manager, Spares Planning is responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, and optimal positioning of spare parts across CoreWeave’s data center network. In this role, you will own the global spares strategy, leading forecasting, planning, replenishment, and fulfillment processes for critical infrastructure components including CPUs, GPUs, networking, and storage. You will work day-to-day with cross-functional partners to model demand, manage inventory risk, and support uptime across existing sites and new data center expansions. This is a highly operational role focused on data-driven decision making, systems optimization, and scalable processes.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in inventory management, spares planning, or supply chain operations within cloud data centers or a related infrastructure-intensive industry
- Demonstrated experience with demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and service-level planning
- Strong proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., Oracle, NetSuite, Kinaxis)
- Experience designing and improving planning processes, including forecasting models, replenishment logic, and inventory controls
- Proven ability to build and manage operational KPIs and dashboards to track inventory health, service coverage, and risk
Preferred:
- Experience managing global or multi-region spares pools
- Familiarity with kanban-based inventory management and lean supply chain principles
- Experience supporting data center buildouts or large-scale infrastructure expansions

The base salary range for this role is $143,000 to $210,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace
While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
