We’re a performance-driven digital marketing agency seeking a highly creative and versatile Graphic & Web Designer with agency experience. The ideal candidate has a strong design portfolio, is fluent in digital advertising design, and is comfortable working on web design projects such as landing pages and websites.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate marketing objectives into visually compelling assets across a variety of channels—including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and web-based campaigns. You will work closely with our PPC specialists, strategists, and project managers to ensure all creative is effective, brand-aligned, and performance-optimized.
Job Duties
- Design and Development for websites, product graphics, web logos, social media graphics and banners, static, GIF and rich banner ads.
- Translate product positioning, existing research, and offline/online Marketing strategies into effective designs.
- Work with the PPC specialists team to ensure aesthetics are aligned with client’s branding, usability, accessibility, and web standards.
- Create marketing requirements into compelling, appropriate paid media banner designs.
- Ensure consistency of brand and creative across digital customer touch points.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in digital design, graphic design, graphic communications or related field.
- Minimum 5 years successful professional design experience, preferably at a digital agency or inhouse Web team for a product-driven business.
- Strong portfolio of design work, showing solutions to business problems through effective design.
- Ability to present concepts and lead internal teams to the correct solution.
- Experience in web marketing/web design with a strong knowledge of HTML, Photoshop, FTP, web design and development principles
- Strong work ethic and personal accountability
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong time management
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Webflow, Adobe Creative Suite products, Figma and Photoshop in particular
