About FLiiP:

FLiiP is revolutionizing fitness business management through our all-in-one SaaS platform. As a seed-stage startup, we’ve recently raised over 4 million CAD and are scaling rapidly, aiming to 4x our growth over the next two years. We serve gyms, yoga studios, martial arts centers, and other fitness businesses with a powerful suite of software solutions that streamline operations and improve customer management.

At FLiiP, we embrace the new era of AI and automation. We’re not just adopting tools, we’re building a culture of 10x execution. We experiment constantly to leapfrog bottlenecks, streamline manual workflows, and focus our time on what drives outcomes. Whether it’s AI agents, enrichment tools, or no-code automations, we’re always seeking new ways to deliver more value to our customers with less overhead.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager who is hands-on, data-driven, and obsessed with experimentation. This is a founding Growth Marketing role, joining at the seed stage. The ideal candidate is a strong individual contributor who thrives in testing and iterating rapidly to unlock scalable growth opportunities. You will work directly with the Chief Growth Officer, owning paid media channels, running structured growth experiments, and bridging marketing attribution gaps across both digital and offline channels. You will also be responsible for overseeing external freelancers and vendors.

This is a 100% remote role, based in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Growth Experimentation: Design, execute, and analyze structured growth experiments with short feedback loops, iterating quickly to refine and scale tactics.
  • Paid Media & Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.), ensuring efficiency and scalable spend.
  • US Market Expansion: Develop and execute marketing strategies specifically tailored for the U.S. market, ensuring messaging, channels, and tactics align with U.S. audience behaviors and needs.
  • Marketing Strategy & Attribution: Implement direct response advertising strategies within a bigger marketing playbook to bridge attribution gaps, tracking harder-to-measure initiatives like out-of-home advertising, community building, and offline conversions.
  • Lead Scoring & ABM: Develop and implement lead scoring models and execute account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to support an outbound sales motion beyond inbound demand generation.
  • Affiliate & Referral Programs: Develop and manage referral and affiliate partnerships to drive additional growth.
  • External Vendor Management: Oversee freelancers and marketing vendors to support execution while maintaining a hands-on role.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Chief Growth Officer and sales team to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing, preferably in a hyper-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience running structured growth experiments and iterating based on data-driven insights.
  • Experience managing and scaling paid media campaigns with direct ownership of budgets.
  • Strong marketing acumen with the ability to frame and leverage direct response advertising within a broader playbook to track attribution across harder-to-measure channels.
  • Experience marketing to the U.S. market is a must.
  • Experience with lead scoring, account-based marketing (ABM), and supporting outbound sales motions beyond inbound demand generation.
  • Hands-on, proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, or equivalent.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, collaborating closely with leadership.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the fitness or wellness tech industry.
  • Knowledge of AI-driven marketing automation tools.
  • Familiarity with lifecycle marketing, email marketing, and CRM strategies.

Benefits
  • Competitive compensation package
  • 100% remote-first culture (Canada-based role)
  • Health & Insurance Benefits: Comprehensive group insurance plan, including health, dental, life, and long-term disability coverage, with FLiiP covering 50% of premiums
  • The opportunity to make a major impact at a fast-growing startup
  • A collaborative, growth-oriented team culture
  • Direct access to the executive team and significant ownership of strategic growth initiatives

If you’re a hands-on growth marketer who thrives on experimentation and scaling customer acquisition, we want to hear from you! 🚀
