  • Translate complex data and insights into clear, compelling narratives that enable leaders to act with confidence

  • Communicate with influence and credibility, adapting messages to diverse audiences and coaching leaders to achieve results

  • Lead and support organizational change initiatives, including restructures, role clarity, and transformation efforts, ensuring thoughtful change management and leader readiness

  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, including sensitive and complex situations, balancing risk mitigation, fairness, and business needs

  • Facilitate and mediate challenging conversations with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment

  • Foster inclusive dialogue, respectfully challenge perspectives, and support leaders in making informed, values‑based decisions

  • Partner closely with HR Centres of Excellence (Talent, Total Rewards, ER, DEI, etc.) to connect the right expertise at the right time

  • Build and sustain strong cross‑divisional relationships, working collaboratively across HR, Legal, Finance, and other key partners

What you'll bring to the team

Required qualifications

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand operational and strategic priorities

  • Exceptional communication, coaching and relationship-building skills

  • Experience using data and analytics to inform decisions and influence outcomes
