This position follows our hybrid workstyle policy: Expected to be in a Raymond James office location a minimum of 10-12 days a month.

Technical Skills/Experience:
Develop and enhance Service Catalog items, business rules, UI policies, and client/server scripts.
Build automation workflows using Ansible and Terraform, triggered via ServiceNow orchestration.
Collaborate with infrastructure teams to understand operational needs and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
Maintain and optimize CMDB integrations and data accuracy.
Ensure platform scalability, performance, and security best practices.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and admins.
Integrate ServiceNow with infrastructure platforms (e.g., Cisco UCS, virtualization platforms, storage systems) to automate provisioning and lifecycle management.
Required Qualifications
Experience in ServiceNow development (including scripting, workflows, and integrations).
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and API capabilities.
Experience with Cisco UCS, virtualization technologies, and enterprise storage systems.
3+ years' experience in Ansible and Terraform for infrastructure automation.
Solid scripting skills in JavaScript, PowerShell. Nice to have; Go or Golang.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and CMDB best practices.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
