Your Mission and Impact
As a Senior Instructional Designer, you will sit at the heart of our mission, translating complex safety technology into clear, human-centered learning experiences. You will be the architect of knowledge for our global user base, ensuring that first responders and enterprise leaders can master the tools they rely on daily.
In this role, your work will ensure:
The Future of Safety Training: You will build the future of our digital education by designing interactive, visually compelling online training that simplifies complex hardware and software behaviors into intuitive workflows.
Clarity in Critical Moments: Your work will ensure our customers stay connected and informed by creating multimedia assets—from simulations to animations—that make technical concepts accessible to everyone.
Innovative Problem Solving: You will lead the way in using imaginative solutions, including generative AI, to accelerate how we deliver mission-critical knowledge to the field.
Global Collaboration: You will partner with engineers and product visionaries to stay ahead of the curve, ensuring our learning ecosystem evolves as fast as the world around us.
Human-Centered Design: By applying adult learning principles, you will create performance-focused experiences that respect the learner's time and maximize their ability to save lives.
Basic Requirements
Advanced English Proficiency: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required to collaborate with global stakeholders and simplify technical jargon into plain English.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in instructional design or digital learning roles
Technical Mastery: High proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Camtasia.
AI Enthusiast: A proven ability to use generative AI tools to streamline content development and media workflows.
Impact-Driven: A track record of translating complex subject matter into engaging, accessible, and inclusive learning experiences.
