- Track and report on campaign KPIs (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, website engagement).
- Deliver post-campaign analyses with actionable insights for iteration and future planning.
- Identify blockers or performance gaps and escalate recommendations for improvement.
- Partner with RevOps and Marketing Operations to enhance reporting and targeting strategies.
- Collaborate with channel leads (paid search, paid social, email, events) to activate campaigns across multiple touchpoints.
- Partner closely with Product Marketing and Sales Enablement to ensure campaign content aligns with GTM priorities.
- Serve as the campaign point-of-contact for cross-functional execution and alignment across teams.
- Take ownership of execution-level decisions with guidance from senior team members.
- Contribute to process documentation, playbooks, and best practices for integrated campaign management.
- Operate as an independent project manager while escalating strategic decisions appropriately.
- Participate in quarterly planning by developing campaign proposals that map to growth targets.
- 5-7 years of B2B marketing experience (AdTech, SaaS, Martech preferred).
- Proven experience owning integrated campaigns end-to-end, from planning to performance analysis.
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills.
- Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with executional excellence in a fast-paced environment.
