Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certifications:
- ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) certification
- Clearance: None required
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Software Asset Management, IT Asset Management, or a related field
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with software asset management tools, such as ServiceNow, and license management systems
- Strong understanding of software licensing agreements, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights
- Leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and developing team members
