As Senior IT/OT Project Manager, you will lead complex, cross-functional projects and programs across Information Technology (IT), Operational Technology (OT), Cybersecurity, Enterprise Applications, Infrastructure, and Digital Transformation. You will be accountable for successful project delivery, stakeholder alignment, governance, risk management, budget performance, and realization of business value.
This position will be based in our Toronto Head Office. Additionally, this role will be 4 days in office per week, with one flexible day available for employees to work from home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple concurrent strategic IT/OT projects and programs from initiation through closure.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and delivery roadmaps.
  • Establish governance structures, executive reporting routines, and steering committee forums.
  • Manage project scope, budget, schedule, quality, risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies.
  • Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders, business leaders, operational teams, and external vendors.
  • Facilitate workshops, decision-making sessions, and business requirement gathering activities.
  • Drive vendor selection, contract reviews, Statements of Work, and supplier performance management.
  • Develop business cases and support investment, CAPEX and OPEX planning activities.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, cybersecurity standards, regulatory requirements, and governance frameworks.
  • Lead Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery approaches as required.
  • Support PMO processes, portfolio governance, intake processes, prioritization activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Mentor Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and project team members.

IT/OT Specific Responsibilities

  • Lead projects impacting OT environments, operational sites, and industrial technology platforms.
  • Coordinate cybersecurity, infrastructure, remote access, industrial networking, SCADA, and enterprise application initiatives.
  • Work closely with operations, engineering, cybersecurity, compliance, legal, procurement, and technology teams.
  • Ensure operational continuity and minimal disruption during project implementation.
Who You Are

Strategic, collaborative, results-oriented, and capable of influencing senior stakeholders. You are a trusted advisor who combines strong leadership, business acumen, and project delivery expertise.
 

Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • PMP certification required; Agile certification considered an asset.
  • 8–10+ years of project management experience.
  • Experience leading enterprise-scale IT and/or OT projects.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
  • Experience working in regulated or critical infrastructure environments is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Pay Range:

$83,200.00 - $104,000.00
