Job Description:

We are seeking a senior engineering manager to build, lead, and evolve high‑performing engineering teams while driving the adoption of modern platforms and AI‑enabled solutions. This role combines people leadership, hands‑on technical depth, and strategic influence, with a strong focus on end‑to‑end AI Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and applying AI to solve real business problems at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop teams of engineers and technology specialists, fostering a culture of excellence, learning, and innovation
  • Drive engineering strategy, tooling, and automation across application, platform, and infrastructure domains, including AI and MLOps capabilities
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to design and deliver AI‑driven solutions that create measurable business value
  • Act as a change agent and technical authority, influencing standards, best practices, and responsible AI adoption
  • Engage senior stakeholders to communicate progress, risks, and outcomes
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, AI trends, and regulatory considerations

Required Qualifications

  • University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
  • 10+ years of relevant engineering experience, including senior technical and/or people leadership roles
  • Must have hands‑on experience with the AI Software Development Life Cycle (AI SDLC)
  • Proven track record of leveraging AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics to solve complex business problems
  • Strong understanding of modern engineering practices, automation, cloud/platform technologies, and enterprise environments
  • Experience operating in regulated or large‑scale environments
