Job Description:

Job Description: Senior Manager - FP&A

Shift timings: Shift C: 1.30PM to 10:00 PM shift. Required to work in US Shift on Month ends, Quarter ends and Year end (Shift D: 5.30PM to 2.30 AM)

Knowledge / Skills / Experience:

· 12 - 15 years of relevant FP&A experience

· Experience within the Asset Management industry preferred

· Excellent MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint must) skills

· Experience with Power BI / Tableau or other data visualization tools a must

· Experience with Longview, and Hyperion skills preferred

· A demonstrated ability to follow controls procedures to ensure data accuracy

· Strong organization skills & demonstrated ability to proactively identify & resolve issues

· Possesses a growth mindset with willingness to challenge the status quo and try new approaches

· Proven ability to navigate through ambiguity within a complex organization across a variety of functions and across various level of management

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Proactive and resilient. Flexibility in learning new topics, handling change and deadlines

· Ability to work independently in high-pressure situations. Flexible for extended hour working, as per business needs

· CA/CPA/CFA

 

Responsibilities

· Support the production of all key charts, visuals and trending management reports leveraging “book of record” sources owned by the data team. These will feed into the Quarterly Business Review (QBR), Strategic Plan, Budgeting & Forecasting, etc.

· Support the preparation of monthly reporting for SLC to inform management on the progression of profit and loss, flows and fundraising. Generate visuals using Tableau, Hyperion, crafting analysis and questions based on the data

· Quarterly production process – produce tableau visuals (recurring and new / from scratch) and input data into management reporting reports/workbooks

· Data aggregation – supporting MD, develop a strategy to evolve/enhance processes to aggregate key data

· Controls over financial reporting – Control checker of management reporting results such as QBR, Strategic Plan, Budgeting & Forecasting, etc.

· Assist in developing Strategic and Business Plans, Financial Forecasting, and Modeling

· Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies, document processes and manage Fixed Income FP&A calendar of key monthly/quarterly activities

· Support maintenance of a competitor database of key metrics ensuring accuracy and completeness of data. Updating on a regular basis to track status to ensure all stakeholders are engaged and aware of key deadlines and requirements

· Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives. Liaise and build relationships with other departments to provide better analysis, forecasts, and insights

· Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes

· Prepare Financial Risk Management (FRM) model to evaluate the impact to earnings on market movements quarterly

· Key deliverables preparation: KPIs/OSFI/Risk Appetite/Phantom Shares/Capital Raising Institutional Marketing Team/Filing on CAS/Headcount Dashboard
