We're looking for a strategic leader with experience in growth, marketing, and analytics. Reporting to the Director of Growth & Planning, you'll work across teams and partners to shape long-term strategy, launch and measure growth initiatives, and manage budgets to maximize ROI.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Investment Planning & Budget Leadership
- Lead marketing investment strategy, planning, and executive reporting
- Build agile budget models based on ROI and performance
- Ensure alignment across Growth, Finance, and Analytics
Budget Forecasting & ROI Optimization
- Drive forecasting, scenario planning, and spend tracking
- Turn marketing data into strategic insights
- Align reporting across finance and analytics teams
Performance Intelligence & Testing
- Lead incrementality testing and apply results to optimize spend
- Use attribution, media mix, and seasonal data to guide planning
- Track KPIs and adjust based on campaign and content impact
AI & Innovation
- Integrate AI into forecasting, media mix, and campaign optimization
- Partner on tools like LLMs, automation, and experimentation
- Pilot and scale new solutions across the marketing org
Cross-Functional & Exec Support
- Align teams on goals, budgets, and business plans
- Lead executive updates and board-level presentations
We are considering applicants available to work a hybrid schedule, with three days each week onsite at our Dallas office.
About YouWe get excited about candidates, like you, because...
- 10+ years in consulting, finance, or analytics; experience in OTT, B2C, or global orgs is a plus
- Strong skills in analysis, financial modeling, strategy, and executive presentations
- Experience working across time zones and cultures in distributed teams
- Comfortable managing shifting priorities and multiple projects
- Able to turn data—testing, budget, AI insights—into strategic decisions
- Skilled at aligning execs, driving investment strategy, and scaling AI-driven marketing
- Strong communicator with influence across levels
- Passion for anime, entertainment, or pop culture is a plus
- MBA or advanced degree in analytics preferred.
Crunchyroll's Growth Planning and Budget Allocation team drives smart budget decisions across brand, performance, and lifecycle marketing to maximize ROI. This team partners closely with analytics, finance, marketing, and regional groups to improve budget tracking, subscriber forecasting, and growth reporting. They also lead weekly growth meetings and track key initiatives to keep projects on track and aligned.
