What you will do

As the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations, you will report to the Senior VP of Business Operations and serve as the strategic leader of our entire Marketing Operations team. You will be responsible for developing the long-term vision and roadmap for our processes, technology, and data. Your focus will be on elevating the function, owning the MarTech strategy, and acting as a key strategic partner to Marketing leadership to drive business results through operational excellence.

  • Develop and own the strategic vision and long-term roadmap for our global Marketing Operations function, defining key success metrics to drive business impact.
  • Lead our global MarTech stack strategy, managing the budget, vendor relationships, and building business cases for new technology investments.
  • Serve as a key strategic partner to marketing leadership, including the CMO, translating their objectives into an actionable operational and analytical roadmap.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow the Marketing Operations team, building a culture of excellence, accountability, and strategic partnership.
  • Design and implement a global governance model for marketing processes and data to ensure scalability, efficiency, and compliance across the organization.
  • Establish and oversee robust project management for key initiatives, ensuring clear deliverables, tracking, and communication on progress.
  • Architect a data infrastructure that provides a single source of truth for marketing reporting and provides actionable recommendations to the business.
About our team

The Marketing Operations team is the strategic backbone, part of the Business Operations Vertical and is operational engine of the entire marketing department. We are the architects of the systems, processes, and data that power global growth. We partner closely with our CMO and marketing directors to turn big-picture strategy into reality, while working hand-in-hand with teams like Data Analytics and Commercial Systems. We are a team of builders and problem-solvers, focused on creating a scalable foundation for the future.

Who you are

Essential

  • Extensive experience in marketing operations, including proven success in a people management role (3+ years).
  • Experience managing modern website CMS platforms with a strong understanding of content architecture and integrations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Google Marketing Platform (Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console) and its integration into broader martech ecosystems to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and campaign effectiveness
  • Proven experience integrating martech tools into HubSpot/Salesforce ecosystems (for example: Clay, LeanData, Clearbit, ZoomInfo, 6sense, Mutiny, Chili Piper, Outreach, Qualified, Zapier).
  • Exposure to AI-driven marketing tools (e.g., predictive scoring, content personalization, AI data enrichment).
  • A proven strategic thinker with a track record of creating and executing long-term operational roadmaps that drive business results.
  • Deep expertise with enterprise-level marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot or Marketo.
  • Strong business acumen, with direct experience managing MarTech budgets and leading vendor negotiations.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to partner effectively with executive stakeholders and manage expectations.
  • An architectural mindset with experience designing scalable, enterprise-level systems and processes from the ground up.
  • Significant experience leveraging core marketing capabilities in Salesforce
  • Proven ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
