What you’ll be doing:

Develop and execute scalable partner marketing strategies across our global ecosystem, with a focus on strategic alliances, ISVs, and agency partners. Align marketing initiatives with broader business goals to drive partner engagement and mutual growth.

Integrated Co-Marketing Campaigns:

Plan and lead integrated co-marketing programs across digital, content, field, and event channels. Work collaboratively to ensure each campaign supports pipeline development, brand visibility, and partner success.

Partner Relationship Management:

Cultivate strong relationships with key marketing contacts across partner organizations. Represent the brand with professionalism and clarity in both internal and external discussions to advance strategic initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with teams across Partnerships, Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Demand Generation to ensure programs are aligned, well-resourced, and executed effectively.

Provide mentorship and direction to your team, with an emphasis on coaching, professional growth, and long-term team development. Help build an environment where talent is nurtured and success is shared.

Performance Measurement & Budget Oversight:

Track program performance using KPIs and data-driven insights. Regularly report on outcomes, identify areas for optimization, and manage the partner marketing budget to ensure high-impact investments.

What we’re looking for:

  • 8–10 years of experience in partner, channel, or field marketing within B2B enterprise software, preferably in MarTech, SalesTech, or RevTech.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and scaling partner marketing programs globally.
  • Strong experience working with and across agencies, ISVs, and strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • A growth-oriented people leader who is passionate about developing team members through coaching and career development.
  • Highly organized, data-driven, and able to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits:

We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, well-being, and financial security. Our employees enjoy up to 100% paid premiums for Medical and Vision coverage, ensuring access to top-tier care for you and your loved ones. In addition, we provide a range of mental wellness resources, including access to Modern Health, to help support your emotional well-being. We believe in a healthy work-life harmony, which is why we offer a flexible PTO policy, 15 paid holidays in 2025—including a three-day break around July 4th and a full week off for Thanksgiving—and No Internal Meetings Fridays to give you uninterrupted time to focus on what matters most.
