  • Translate high-level organizational strategy into actionable, cohesive roadmaps across multiple teams while balancing technical investment with customer value.
  • Manage and develop a small team of Product Managers, providing the guidance and priority-setting necessary to ensure their work aligns with broader strategic objectives.
  • Lead portfolio-level modernization initiatives, incorporating emerging technologies like AI and analytics to enhance operational efficiency for first responders.
  • Leverage market intelligence and financial insights to shape pricing strategies, product positioning, and business cases that maximize impact.
  • Represent the product organization in executive forums and drive alignment across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Partner Success.
  • Champion user experience transformation by applying contemporary design principles to legacy systems.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of product management experience within enterprise SaaS or public safety software, experience in the CAD/RMS space or public safety domain is a plus.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership role with a proven track record of mentoring and developing other product professionals.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver complex, cross-functional software initiatives, including experience managing P&Ls and business cases.
  • Strong technical background or familiarity with software engineering concepts such as APIs and cloud architectures.
  • Experience leading UI/UX redesigns or integrating emerging technologies into mission-critical platforms.
  • Deep expertise in Agile frameworks with hands-on proficiency in JIRA and Confluence; experience with Aha! is a strong asset.
