The Crown Is Yours
We're looking for an experienced, analytical, and curious Senior QA Manager to lead the Quality Assurance efforts for our flagship product - Sportsbook. In this role, you will apply a data-first mindset to guide decisions under pressure, always balancing precision with practicality. You'll build and scale high-performing QA teams, implement strategies that drive measurable impact, and navigate complex challenges with confidence. Additionally, you will stay ahead of industry trends and foster a culture where clear communication and strong collaboration thrive.
What You'll Do as Senior QA Manager
  • Lead a growing QA team (25+ FTEs) by managing hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and team structure (including developing other managers).
  • Define and own the QA strategy by setting the direction for testing approaches, tools, and processes across manual, automated, and exploratory testing.
  • Oversee the expansion and maintenance of automated test frameworks to maximize test coverage and accelerate feedback cycles.
  • Build scalable quality processes and continuously evaluate and improve testing workflows, coverage, and reporting.
  • Design quality KPIs, track performance metrics, and turn insights into action.
  • Identify potential quality risks early and work with stakeholders to mitigate them before they impact the user.
  • Champion continuous learning by following the latest in QA tools, automation, and best practices.
  • Champion a "shift-left" testing mindset by ensuring the QA team collaborates with Engineering, Product, and Design teams early in the development cycle to identify defects, define test plans, and ensure quality is built into every step.
  • Deliver clear and actionable reporting on quality trends, issues, and team progress to stakeholders and leadership.

What you'll bring
  • At least 8 years in Quality Assurance or Software Development, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience working on large-scale, high-profile projects in a fast-paced, product-focused tech environment.
  • Hands-on experience driving the adoption of test automation across multiple teams and product lines.
  • Deep understanding of testing methodologies (unit, integration, regression, exploratory, smoke).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and quality gates.
  • Strong track record in building teams from scratch and developing high-performing individuals by managing performance using data, feedback, and coaching techniques.
  • Skilled at setting clear expectations and communicating quality goals to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to analyze data, spot patterns, and translate findings into practical process improvements.
  • Experience creating and reporting on quality metrics that drive accountability and focus.
