How You'll Make An Impact

As a Senior Manager of Enterprise Sales Strategy within the Revenue Operations organization, you will leverage a comprehensive Revenue Operations perspective to enhance our Enterprise sales strategy and drive sustainable growth. In this role, you will lead a team that includes one analyst and collaborate closely with the Revenue Operations teams and Enterprise Sales Leaders to establish best-in-class practices in data management, processes, infrastructure, and technology. You will also be responsible for overseeing essential activities such as planning, forecasting, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and tailored programs to ensure operational excellence.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with the SVP of Enterprise Sales to utilize data, tools, and technology in executing the Enterprise sales strategy.
  • Develop, implement, and assess key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that are essential to our growth plan.
  • Work cross-functionally to manage the launch of critical initiatives effectively.
  • Support the expansion of our growing sales force.
  • Oversee the execution and closure of each quarter in partnership with our skilled and experienced deal desk.
  • Innovate new methods to enhance return on investment and improve Go-To-Market (GTM) efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for increased efficiency and scalability within operations.
  • Lead a team of one analyst to implement our data strategy effectively.
  • Acquire a deep understanding of Boomi’s current sales data, identify trends and leading indicators, and assist in developing actionable dashboards.
  • Facilitate recurring processes for planning, retention forecasting, and bottoms-up quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
  • Identify and share best practices from across Boomi that can be quickly implemented to enhance sales strategy efficiency and effectiveness.

The Experience You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics and people leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills with a background in project management, emphasizing automation and scalability.
  • Proven ability to serve as a strategic partner to field leadership, ensuring they have the resources and support needed.
  • Familiarity with systems and automation tools such as Salesforce (SFDC), Clari, Datalake, and Power BI.
  • Creative problem-solving skills, utilizing prior experience and logical reasoning to achieve optimal and timely outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience as a motivating leader who inspires and develops team members.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Compensation

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base compensation for this position ranges from $130,000- $160,000 CAD annually + applicable commission or bonus. Final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
