Your Mission:
AfterShip is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations to help scale and mature our Revenue Operations function. This critical role drives operational excellence across Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Marketing by owning the systems, processes, and reporting that empower our GTM teams to succeed.
You’ll work cross-functionally with GTM leadership, the Data team, and company leadership to drive initiatives spanning process improvement, systems optimization, reporting, and forecasting. A strong operational mindset, attention to data governance, and a practical approach to problem-solving are essential. You will be the subject matter expert for Revenue Operations within the business, ensuring alignment, consistency, and high-quality execution in support of our revenue goals.
Reporting to the VP of Revenue and managing a lean, dynamic team, this role sits within AfterShip’s global team. Flexibility is key - occasional meetings outside typical business hours are expected, with advance notice provided. If you thrive in high-growth SaaS environments, take ownership of operational excellence, and value cross-functional collaboration, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead Revenue Operations in support of Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Marketing for all operational needs.
- Serve as HubSpot administrator, driving CRM governance, optimization, and scalable process design to support the customer journey.
- Develop and maintain robust reporting, forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analytics to provide actionable insights to GTM leadership.
- Act as the key liaison with the Data team, ensuring alignment between RevOps and data governance principles, including ETL processes and stakeholder communication.
- Manage end-to-end data hygiene, systems accuracy, and reporting integrity to support business decisions.
- Own and drive project management efforts for key operational improvements across regions and functions.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and oversight to a small RevOps team, fostering professional growth and high standards of execution.
- Collaborate closely with GTM Enablement to ensure tools, processes, and reporting align with revenue strategies.
Who We're Looking For:
Qualifications & experience:
- 5+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, or Data-focused roles in B2B SaaS, with 1-2+ years of people management experience.
- Proven HubSpot expertise (admin, reporting, process optimization) with experience in CRM governance and scaling GTM systems.
- Strong track record of working closely with Data teams on analytics, reporting, and ETL processes.
- Proficient in SQL (queries) and comfortable working with data; Python experience is a plus.
- Familiar with ETL processes and best practices for maintaining data accuracy and usability.
- Experienced in project management with a proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from ideation through execution.
- Comfortable with GTM tools and integrations (Zapier, Tableau, Google Suite, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
Soft skills:
- Strong communicator and collaborator with the ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proactive ownership mentality over processes and data with a high regard for data governance and stakeholder impact.
- Practical, business-oriented problem solver who brings solutions that balance operational excellence with business needs.
- Highly organized with strong prioritization skills; thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Adaptable to working in a global, remote-first environment with flexibility for some off-hours meetings (2-4 per week).
At AfterShip, we understand that not all applicants will have skills that match the job description exactly. We value diverse experiences and respect that experience comes in many different forms, so even if you feel you may not meet every qualification to a T then we still encourage you to apply.
