Who Are We Looking For?

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager of Revenue Operations who will maximize the growth potential of our Go-To-Market (GTM) activities. You have built a robust foundation of revenue metrics and processes in your past work and are excited to do it again. At Citylitics, you will design and manage our transition to a scalable CRM that serves and connects all GTM teams, along with the processes and operations involved in the customer lifecycle. This is a high-impact role that will see you collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product leaders on a diverse range of initiatives. As part of our growing Finance team, you will quantify the revenue impact of all GTM activities and advise GTM leaders on forecasting and leading indicators. Our vision of a unified Revenue Operations system will come to life as you leverage multiple data sources and design reporting that teams readily adopt.

The position will be out of our Toronto Headquarters.

What Will You Accomplish? / How You Will Make An Immediate Impact:

  • Architect and implement a revenue operations framework that is built on a well-designed CRM that ensures sustainable revenue growth for years to come, aligned with the company vision, market strategy and revenue growth goals.
  • Implement an organized and unified CRM that can scale with the company and sustain high revenue growth
  • Run recurring forecast reviews with GTM leaders & company execs, including driving visibility into follow-up actions identified from forecast reviews. 
  • Enable GTM leaders to make strategy & operational decisions based on real-time CRM data and see ROI impact of past GTM changes & decisions
  • Enable Product Managers to make product strategy & roadmap decisions based on real-time CRM data and see ROI impact of past product decisions & releases
  • Implement customer segmentation in CRM that aligns with the company growth direction; Contribute to customer segmentation initiatives in Dash or Pendo in order to enable measuring the revenue impact of product launches
  • Design and implement daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of core RevOps metrics and forecasts that are actionable, visual, and audience-specific (executive, team leads, company-wide, GTM role specific). For example: conversion rates, pipeline velocity, CAC, LTV, GRR and NRR.
  • Empower GTM leaders to forecast accurately and run effective campaigns & initiatives based on reliable CRM data and insightful cohort analysis.
  • Review and advise on variable comp plans for GTM teams to optimize for revenue growth. Implement comp plan and SPIFFs into a Compensation Management System.
  • Model revenue growth scenarios to explore various visions of long-term business planning
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements
  • 5+ years experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related roles within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong business acumen with leadership experience in forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic revenue planning
  • Proven track record of cross-departmental process optimization with clear documentation and communication
  • Strong technical understanding of customer lifecycle metrics, cohort analysis, and SaaS revenue metrics
  • Has supported design & implementation of variable compensation programs that were highly effective at driving revenue growth. 
  • Exceptional communication skills, including thoughtful data visualization and executive-level reporting
  • Relentless and resourceful at overcoming data gaps and complexity with efficiency.
  • Experience launching new tools or systems for GTM teams and driving adoption, including Salesforce administration. 
  • Practical experience leveraging AI tools and stays informed on emerging technologies in order to integrate relevant ones into GTM workflows.
