Capco is looking for talented, innovative and creative people to join our incredible and growing Team focused on our financial services clients. We are looking for experienced talent exceptional domain expertise who can work directly with our clients on mission-critical projects.

About the Role

  • Strategic Support to oversee, coordinate, lead key activities to ensure delivery, identify obstacles, review team input, provide recommendations, feedback and mentorship to people managers and team. This includes: Ongoing engagement with Risk Assessment people managers to support consistent application of risk assessment methodology and risk assessment team process, project management, and stakeholders across the project, the first and second line (including leadership/executives).
  • Strong understanding and experience in Canadian AML Regime, Risk Assessment Pillar, Quality Management (monitoring and testing, audit experience is valuable), People Management/Mentorship, sound judgement, excellent communication, interpersonal skills, organization, time management, attention to detail and commitment to delivery (quality and timeliness), ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels, and ability to operate in an evolving and ambiguous environment with minimal oversight.
  • The individual would take on a Senior Manager role with responsibility to guide teams running through ML/TF/sanctions and ABAC Risk Management exercises with a vision of their findings driving improvements in FCRM Program and in reporting to audit.
