Reporting to the Vice President of Revenue Operations, the Senior Manager of Sales Intelligence will play a critical role in driving strategic decision-making processes within the Sales organization. You will be responsible for overseeing corporate reporting, resetting reporting foundations, finalizing quarterly and annual bookings in partnership with FP&A, conducting advanced modeling and analytics, and aligning the Revenue Organization’s reporting roadmap with the internal Business Intelligence team.

What You’ll be Doing:

  • Corporate Reporting:
    • Lead the preparation and delivery of various corporate reports including Weekly & Monthly Business Reviews , Book of Business  Analyses, and Quarterly Board of Directors (BOD) presentations
    • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all reports to provide actionable insights to senior leadership
    • Streamline processes and methodologies used to drive core metrics including QA prior to executive review cadences
    • Partner with Director of Sales Systems & Data to ensure data accuracy & integrity for all reporting
  • Annual Sales Planning
    • Drive the end-to-end annual sales planning process, including segmentation, headcount modeling, capacity planning, and quota deployment.
    • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, RevOps, and Strategy to align on revenue targets, territory design, and resource allocation.
    • Develop and maintain scalable planning models to support scenario analysis, growth forecasting, and investment trade-offs.
    • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to executive leadership to inform GTM design, hiring plans, and regional priorities.
  • Advanced Modeling & Analytics:
    • Utilize advanced modeling techniques and analytical tools to uncover insights from sales data, customer behavior, and market trends
    • Develop predictive models and scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making and revenue optimization efforts
  • Rev Org BI Roadmap/Alignment:
    • Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Business Intelligence teams to define and align the Sales Intelligence roadmap with the broader Rev Org BI strategy.
    • Identify opportunities to enhance BI capabilities and drive continuous improvement in data-driven decision-making processes.

What we expect from you:

  • Bachelor's degree business administration, finance or similar field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role overseeing revenue reporting & analytics &  systems
  • Expert level proficiency in SFDC, Google Sheets / Excel, scenario modeling and other analytical methodologies.
  • Proven track record of strategic leadership on high-priority initiatives with measurable impact.
  • Strong proficiency in communication and presentation skills, particularly in conveying complex data to executive teams.
  • Hands-on experience with revenue systems, infrastructure, and analytics, with the ability to dive into details when needed.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the teams to achieve operational excellence
  • Be a hands-on leader capable of overseeing multiple projects  with a “roll up your sleeves” ability to execute on both systems and analytical work as needed.

What success looks like in this role:

  • 99% on-time corporate reporting (WBR, MBR, KBR, BOD)
  • 50% efficiency gains on reporting requirements through automation in Looker or through new repeatable process design
  • +/- 10% accuracy on annual & quarterly predictive conversion analysis 
  • Meet 100% of analysis, source data, process documentation required for RevOps Reporting Foundations initiative

The target base salary range for this position is $132,000 - $165,000, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
