Essential Responsibilities
- Execute on assigned opportunities to assure the Services ITR business wins profitable and productive CSA Backlog.
- Partner with Services ITR Account Managers to develop creative solutions and drive key initiatives that create CSA op profit and cash growth while mitigating risks to backlog
- Provide subject matter expert guidance to Services ITR Portfolio Account Managers.
- De-risk and defend the Gas Power Pole CSA portfolio through assigned opportunities.
- Support ITO process in cross-functional team including Sales, Commercial Operations, Risk, OTR, Engineering, Finance, & Legal
- Assist Services ITR Account Managers with contract and amendment terms creation, and risk/reward analysis
- Collaborate with Commercial Operations on P5 risk identification and required approvals through Policy 5 process. Support P5 and MYA process rigor led by region sales.
- Own CSA financial analytics, P5 Deal Calculator configuration and support PS Sales with interpretation of financial metrics for assigned deals. Direct ITO Risk scenario analysis on assigned deals.
- Support Daily Mgmt., Punchlist reviews, Strategy review for the CSA Business Line for the Pole , as required
- Lead with PS and GPS sales teams and New Units MYA NU Sales team to drive new unit penetration and win profitable MYA backlog.
- Engage with ITR and Business Line Portfolio Health initiates such as risk quantification and mitigation strategy development.
- Collaborate with Services ITR Account and Leader to identify and develop growth opportunities
- Support the Business Line on best-practices and lessons learned with global PS region teams
- Support long range planning and business line product strategy development.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related discipline from an accredited university or college
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales and/or commercial functions in market economics, competitive issues, technology and projects, with 5 of those years in the Gas Turbine Power Generation Industry.
Eligibility Requirements
- Willingness and ability to travel as much as up to 25% as needed, for customer and deal enablement.

For Employees/Candidates applying to a Canadian-based position, the pay range for this position is between $135,000.00 - $185,000.00 CAD.
The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.

The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
