An overview of this role:
As a Senior Renewal Operations Analyst on our Field Operations Team, you'll drive the renewals process through collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Renewals teams to meet company retention goals. Your data-driven approach, cross-functional teamwork, and system optimization skills will be essential.
What You'll Do: Renewal Process & Execution
- Own and drive the operational function of the renewals process in collaboration with sales teams to meet company objectives
- Develop and optimize renewal playbooks to maximize revenue retention
- Assist with complex renewal case management and subscription reconciliation
- Support month-end close processes and churn exception requests
Data & Systems Management
- Implement and maintain renewal data quality processes and systems
- Drive high CRM data quality through system solutions and end-user training
- Oversee data hygiene for renewal forecasts, subscription reconciliation, and closed-lost reviews
- Act as subject matter expert for renewal systems and tools
Analysis & Reporting
- Build and maintain comprehensive reports on key metrics (renewal revenue, bookings, retention rates, customer health)
- Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization to drive scalable growth
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Proactively collaborate with Renewal leaders to address customer requirements and remove roadblocks
- Lead initiatives with Strategy, Operations & Systems teams to champion process improvements
What You'll Bring:
- 3+ years of progressive Operations experience supporting Renewals preferably within an Enterprise SaaS organization
- Demonstrated track record of identifying process gaps & implementing scalable and effective solutions
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to drive collaboration and results.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex data to various stakeholders within the organization
- Experience handling data reconciliation and quality improvement initiatives
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to problem-solve effectively.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce and other enterprise SaaS tools
- A commitment to company values and fostering a positive, collaborative work culture.
The base salary range for this role’s listed level is currently for residents of listed locations only. Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
