The skills you bring:
To succeed in this Senior Patent Agent / Senior Patent Attorney role, you will have a university degree in telecommunications, electrical engineering, computer science, physics, or another relevant discipline. Registration to practice before the Canadian Intellectual Property Office (CIPO) and/or the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is required. Registration as a USPTO patent attorney is a strong asset.
You bring expertise in at least one of the following areas: Radio Access Network (RAN), security, Core network, 3GPP, software, AI, or cloud, preferably with telecom experience. You also communicate clearly and can explain complex concepts in simple terms.
