We're looking for a friendly, data-loving Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join our flock in Espoo or Barcelona! You’ll be the dedicated User Acquisition expert who’ll have a unique opportunity to truly own and shape the growth story for Angry Birds Friends. This profitable title has massive scaling potential, and you’ll get to drive the entire UA strategy. While your primary focus is on ABF, you’ll later have the possibility to play a fundamental part in defining innovative, multi-game campaign management methods for our diverse portfolio of even more titles. If you’re excited by the prospect of independence and making a big impact, we want to connect with you.
You will have impact and fun at work by:
- Taking complete ownership of the User Acquisition operation for Angry Birds Friends, setting the standard for growth through strategy, execution, and budget accountability.
- Performing deep, detailed optimization on our existing network partners to maximize ROI, while enthusiastically testing and scaling new acquisition channels to find profitable pockets of growth.
- Leading the strategy and testing for our browser-based version of the game to unlock entirely new player segments via Web UA innovation.
- Collaborating closely with our Art, Design, and Analytics teams to concept, test, and iterate on stunning, high-performing creative assets.
- Sharing your expertise and applying advanced campaign management methods across our portfolio titles, helping to shape the studio's wider growth vision.
- Translating complex performance data into clear, easy-to-understand insights and actionable priorities that support growth.
Experience and skills we are looking for:
- You have 6+ years of hands-on experience in mobile User Acquisition, specifically within the Free-to-Play (F2P) gaming space.
- You're committed to cooperative campaign management and have proven experience handling networks like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Applovin, Unity, and Moloco.
- You have a history of improving business metrics by applying your UA expertise to campaigns, resulting in positive and measurable outcomes.
- You have significant experience using data analysis tools, and you're enthusiastic about understanding the 'story behind the data' to make supportive decisions that fit the long-term business goals.
- You fully understand how game features and metrics influence UA performance, and you're an agreeable and cooperative partner when working closely with cross-functional teams like Game Design and Analytics.
You'll work in a hybrid setup with two to three days at the office per week. Kindly send us your CV in English. We look forward to speaking to you!
We welcome applicants to use the name they want to be addressed by in the application form, regardless of whether it is their legal name.
At Rovio, we are also committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities or conditions in our working environment and job application procedures. We are committed to continuously improving workplace accessibility. If you have any questions before applying, please write to us at [email protected].
