Who Should Join?We’re looking for engineers who are:

Design, build, and maintain cloud-native infrastructure to support high-scale applications
Develop internal developer platforms to streamline CI/CD, observability, and deployment processes
Architect and optimize Kubernetes-based environments for efficiency and reliability
Implement infrastructure-as-code (IaC) solutions for scalable and repeatable deployments
Improve system observability, monitoring, and alerting for proactive incident detection and resolution
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure scalability, security, and operational excellence
Establish best practices for site reliability, cost efficiency, and performance optimization
Automate cloud operations, disaster recovery, and security policies
While each startup has its own hiring criteria, many senior platform engineering roles in our network look for:
5+ years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure
Strong proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation) and configuration management (Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
Proficiency in CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, CircleCI, Spinnaker)
Knowledge of distributed systems architecture, networking, and service mesh technologies (Envoy, Istio, Linkerd)
Expertise in observability and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, New Relic, OpenTelemetry)
Experience with automated scaling, failover, and disaster recovery strategies
Strong programming/scripting skills in Python, Go, Bash, or TypeScript for automation and tooling
Experience implementing zero-trust security models, IAM policies, and cloud security best practices
Familiarity with cost optimization strategies for cloud infrastructure
Experience in early-stage startups or fast-moving engineering teams is a plus
