  • As a Sr. Principal Engineer in the Cloud Transition space, you will be responsible for shaping the forward-looking technical direction for cloud platform features . You'll be comfortable flying at all altitudes, getting into the weeds and flexible with all stages including " Propose, Influence, Review and Implement "
  • You will lead by example through craft excellence - hands-on development, driving and delivering through engineering and operational excellence
  • You will work closely with the leadership in engineering, product and design, on all features and operational aspects of our products with responsibility for the technical roadmap.
  • You will be a role model for, and influence a large team of engineers at various seniority levels all the way from new college grads to principal engineers, and coach/mentor engineers across the various teams.
  • As a member of the cross-company cloud technical architecture group, you will propose and review architectures and designs for the solution and cross-cutting software capabilities.
  • You will periodically present technical direction to the CTO, the Engineering Leadership Team (ELT) and other forums consisting of senior executives in the company.


  • BS degree in Computer Science, Graduate degree preferred.
  • At least 15 years of experience in a variety of hands-on software/technology roles, preferably in Enterprise Products & Solutions in the cloud.
  • Hands on engineer with cloud native skills, being comfortable with one of cloud stack, preferably AWS.
  • At least 6 years of architecting, driving and implementing multiple features of a SaaS product at a high scale, performance and reliability of at least 4 nines.
  • Deep understanding & proven experience of the various dimensions of building and delivering multi-tenanted cloud-native SaaS software
  • Well-versed in challenges of distributed systems, modern cloud-native architectures, distributed data management in a cloud environment and front-end applications.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication in pursuit of driving the mission forward.
  • Influencing skills in balancing short and long term objectives including technical and business outcomes.
