We are looking for Product Analyst.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Identify growth opportunities and propose hypotheses to improve key product metrics.
  • Support hypothesis generation, prioritization, validation, and impact assessment.
  • Evaluate product changes using A/B testing and causal inference methodologies.
  • Detect anomalies and investigate deviations in key product and business metrics.
  • Build, maintain, and improve product dashboards and reporting.
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations for product and marketing teams.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to support data-driven product decisions.

We expect from you:

  • Strong understanding of A/B testing, mathematical statistics, and causal inference.
  • Strong Python skills for data analysis, segmentation, clustering, and basic ML/regression models.
  • Strong SQL skills, including window functions and query optimization.
  • Understanding of key product and marketing metrics: LTV, CPA, retention, conversion, funnels.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Superset, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Strong product mindset and data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to identify business impact behind metrics and user behavior.
  • Strong analytical, critical, and systems thinking.
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly, structure conclusions, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • High ownership, autonomy, and focus on measurable results.
  • Strong Russian and English communication skills, both written and verbal.

In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
