Join our Product Design team!

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll have the space to own key product areas within our Service product line, lead discovery and design efforts, and collaborate closely with talented PMs, developers, and other designers who genuinely care about outcomes.

You’ll work on meaningful projects where design directly influences product direction, not just polish screens. The work is both strategic and hands-on, and your voice matters.

You will be part of a small but mighty design team that believes in autonomy, collaboration and user-centricity.

A glimpse at your day-to-day:
  • Work in a tight knit cross-functional product team, with product managers, developers and data scientists to better understand the context behind every problem.
  • Collaborate with your design colleagues, and share, give and receive regular feedback for your work.
  • Advocate for user-centered design, making sure it is a key part of discovery and solution processes.
  • Lead user research along with product managers, synthesize research findings and ensure knowledge sharing with your peers.
  • Lead feedback sessions with our marquee customers.
  • Create discussion guides, early concepts, and prototypes, then iterate based on user feedback.
  • Work autonomously, with support when needed from your trusted peers - your expertise is trusted.
  • Involve product developers early and often in your process to ensure alignment - we believe in pairing and working collaboratively—a lot.
  • Run discovery workshops using and evolving the team’s Design Playbook.
Here is what will qualify you for the role:
  • You have more than 7 years of previous experience across the product life cycle, from problem definition to post-launch, collaborating in all phases of an agile delivery process with design, product and development colleagues.
  • You are an user advocate and a master of insights - gathering and understanding user’s needs through efficient research methodology and making sure it translates in the product execution is in your DNA.
  • You are user experience obsessed! As simple as that :)
What would make you stand out:
  • Familiarity and curiosity with LLMs or RAG.
  • Your outstanding storytelling skills and ability to articulate your design decisions to different audiences.
  • Your experience navigating complex product environments in an autonomous manner.
  • Your expertise in planning and executing team discovery, design and brainstorm workshops.
