The Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of our Human Experience Management (HXM) - Workforce Management platform. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, user-centric experiences that address the complexities of global workforce management. Your work will directly impact how businesses around the world engage with their employees, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a superior user experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Design end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile platforms within our HCM/HRIS suite.
  • Conduct user research to understand the needs of HR professionals, managers, and employees globally.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement designs in an agile environment.
  • Contribute to and evolve our design system for consistency, accessibility, and scalability.
  • Advocate for design excellence and user empathy across the organization.
  • Conduct usability testing and make data-informed design decisions.
  • Mentor junior designers and promote a culture of innovation and quality.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in product/UX design, preferably with enterprise SaaS platforms.
  • Proven experience designing complex systems such as HCM, HRIS, ERP, payroll, or financial tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe CC) and prototyping techniques.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
  • Experience working within or contributing to a design system.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with regulatory or compliance-heavy domains (e.g., payroll, tax, benefits).
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA).
  • Background in behavioral research or service design.
  • Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
