As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and perception teams to craft intuitive and impactful design solutions. You’ll lead critical design initiatives, advocate for user-centered practices, and deliver polished, user-friendly experiences that drive adoption and deliver measurable impact.
What You'll Do
- Design Exceptional User Experiences: Own the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and final implementation.
- User Advocacy: Champion user needs by driving user research, gathering feedback, and translating insights into actionable design solutions.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Build Scalable Systems: Contribute to and maintain a design system that ensures visual and experiential consistency across Voxel’s product suite.
- Iterate and Innovate: Continuously refine designs based on feedback and performance metrics while staying informed about industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in professional product design, with a strong focus on SaaS or B2B solutions.
- Proficiency in user research, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, or similar).
- A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions that demonstrate problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders.
- Empathy for end-users and a deep commitment to designing impactful experiences.
- Understanding of front-end development principles and workflows is a plus.
