Hi! I’m Jonas Caruana, a Director of Product Management at Jane, and I’ve been here for almost five years. I lead the Booking Group, which is responsible for how patients find and book appointments, and stay connected throughout their care journey.

I’ve spent my career building products in high-growth SaaS companies, often in spaces where the path forward isn’t well defined yet. I care deeply about craft, relationships, and building tools that genuinely help people do their best work. At Jane, that means creating products that feel delightful, intuitive, and human for both clinic staff and their patients.

I’m the hiring manager for this Clinic Marketing Product Manager role. This team focuses on helping clinics attract, engage, and retain patients - from launching a professional website in minutes to connecting Jane with third-party tools that support patient outreach and growth. It’s a space with real business impact, meaningful customer outcomes, and plenty of room to shape what comes next.

If you enjoy working in evolving problem spaces, opportunities to show maximum ownership, and building products that sit at the intersection of growth, platform, and customer experience, this is a role where you can have a lasting impact. You can learn more about me here:

What Impact We’re Looking for You to Make
  • Collaborate closely with me and your product trio to define and articulate a clear, compelling vision for Clinic Marketing, including Jane Websites, and build a strong business case around where we invest next.

  • Lead with curiosity and optimism in an ambiguous problem space, creating clarity, momentum, and focus for your team even when the path forward isn’t fully defined.

  • Deliver meaningful improvements to our marketing APIs and partner integrations, supporting a growing ecosystem of third-party tools that help clinics engage patients and grow sustainably.

  • Build trust and strong working relationships across product, design, engineering, and external partners through clear communication, transparency, and thoughtful alignment.

  • Foster a healthy, energized team culture by setting a high bar for quality, encouraging learning and experimentation, and helping the team feel grounded, supported, and proud of what they’re building.

What Experience We Need
  • Several years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally working on SaaS products with meaningful customer impact and cross-functional complexity.

  • Comfort operating in ambiguous environments, with a demonstrated bias to action and the ability to create structure, priorities, and direction where they don’t yet exist.

  • Strong communication skills, with experience aligning diverse stakeholders, and clearly articulating product vision, strategy, and trade-offs.

  • An entrepreneurial mindset, with interest in growth-oriented products, business models, and opportunities to experiment, learn, and iterate over time.

  • Bonus points: Experience working with APIs, integrations, or third-party partners, including navigating shared ownership, dependencies, and trade-offs.

If you don’t meet every single qualification but are excited about this role, we’d still love to hear from you.
