Working at Atlassian
Atlassians can choose where they work - whether in an office, from home, or a combination of the two. That way, Atlassians have more control over supporting their family, personal goals, and other priorities. We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity. Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.
The Role
Loom is looking for a Senior PM who will drive one of the company's most important goals - accelerating and inflecting Loom's growth. The Growth PM's mission is to expand the network of people who use async video at work. We're changing behavior for people at work by introducing a new mode of communication, and your job is to help users understand how async video can make their communication more effective, efficient, and engaging.
In this role, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the experience related to acquisition of new users for Loom. Your initiatives should range from big bets that inflect Loom's growth trajectory to quick wins that continuously remove friction for our users. You should thrive in an environment with rapid experimentation and have a strong desire to drive positive impact.
This is a highly cross-functional role and you'll collaborate closely with your counterparts in Design and Engineering, as well as with Marketing, Support, Success, and Sales. To help our teams work together, you must be located between PST and EST.
What you'll do

  • Impact millions of people globally as you empower them to maximize the full potential of Loom and Atlassian products
  • Develop strategy to accelerate acquisition of users for Loom using industry best practices and experimentation
  • Work with Loom's design, engineering, sales, marketing, and success teams to develop concepts and troubleshoot issues
  • Help the team define and track success metrics

Your background

  • 6+ years of product management experience (at least 2 of which involve Growth experience)
  • You understand and are skilled at interpreting key metrics and concepts related to product growth
  • You are passionate about growing the product and quick to take action
  • You have experience growing technology products and are familiar with the tactics to drive growth

Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $162,000 - $216,000
Zone B: $145,800 - $194,400
Zone C: $134,500 - $179,300
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
Please visit go.atlassian.com/payzones for more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay zones. However, please confirm the zone for your specific location with your recruiter.
