Company Overview

Hubstaff helps organizations around the world optimize productivity and workforce operations. Trusted by 95,000+ businesses, our platform powers time tracking, team management, project insights, and payroll automation.

We’ve been a remote-first company for over a decade — and we’re on a mission to help distributed teams work smarter, not harder.

The Role

Location: Remote — LATAM (Brazil or Argentina preferred)
Type: Contractor (full-time)

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead one of the most strategic areas of our product: partnerships and ecosystem growth.

This is not a typical PM role. You’ll operate at the intersection of product, go-to-market, and partnerships, owning initiatives that directly impact how Hubstaff expands, integrates, and grows through external channels.

You’ll work closely with our Partnerships and GTM teams to identify and unlock opportunities across integrations, marketplaces, referrals, and resellers — while partnering with engineering and design to bring these ideas to life.

If you’re excited about building products that don’t just serve users, but drive distribution, revenue, and strategic growth, this role is for you.

Why This Role Matters
  • Direct impact on growth: Your work will shape how Hubstaff expands through partnerships and ecosystem strategy

  • High visibility: You’ll collaborate closely with product leadership and GTM teams on key initiatives

  • Strategic ownership: You’ll define and drive a critical product area, not just execute on a roadmap

  • Global scale: Your work will impact 95,000+ businesses worldwide

  • Build the future of work: Help define how modern SaaS platforms integrate and grow in a remote-first world

What You’ll Be Responsible ForProduct Strategy & Ownership
  • Own product strategy and execution for partnership-related initiatives

  • Translate GTM and partnership opportunities into clear product bets and roadmaps

  • Balance short-term opportunities with long-term platform scalability

Partner & Customer Discovery
  • Develop a deep understanding of partner ecosystems (integrations, marketplaces, resellers, referrals)

  • Conduct discovery with partners and customers to identify high-leverage opportunities

  • Evaluate build vs. buy vs. partner decisions

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success

  • Work with engineering and design to define problems and deliver solutions

  • Own initiatives end-to-end from concept to launch

Execution & Delivery
  • Define clear product requirements and success metrics

  • Own roadmap and ensure consistent delivery

  • Make thoughtful tradeoffs balancing customer and business impact

Metrics & Impact
  • Define and track OKRs tied to adoption, revenue, and partner impact

  • Use data and insights to inform decisions and iteration

  • Identify opportunities to scale partner-driven growth

What You Should Have
  • 5+ years building and shipping B2B SaaS products

  • Experience working in or closely with US-based SaaS companies (strong preference)

  • Proven ability to take products from ideation through launch and iteration

  • Strong discovery and customer-centric mindset

  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and GTM teams

  • Fluent English (written and spoken) — must be fully comfortable working in a global, English-speaking environment

  • High ownership, autonomy, and comfort operating in ambiguity

  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution

  • Experience with platforms, integrations, or ecosystem-driven products

Nice to Have
  • Experience working directly with partnerships or platform teams

  • Experience building integrations, APIs, or marketplace products

  • Strong analytical skills (SQL or working closely with data teams)

  • Exposure to global SaaS, payments, or workforce tools

Compensation & Employment

This is a full-time contractor role.

Compensation:

  • Base: $90,000 – $100,000 USD annually

  • Hourly equivalent: ~$48 – $53 USD/hour

We aim to offer a competitive, globally aligned compensation package for senior talent in LATAM.

In addition, you’ll benefit from:

  • Fully remote work with flexible schedules

  • High ownership and impact

  • Opportunity to work on a globally used product with 95,000+ customers
