Magnet Forensics builds the tools that help law enforcement, government, and enterprise investigators find the truth in digital evidence. Our products - including GrayKey, Magnet AXIOM, and Magnet Review - are used by thousands of agencies worldwide.
Magnet One brings our solutions together into a connected platform that helps agencies work cases faster, more collaboratively, and more securely.
AI and automation are central to how we help customers keep up with growing evidence volumes - taking on repetitive work so investigators can focus on judgment.
We're hiring a Senior Product Manager to work across the Magnet One platform. This is not a single-feature role: you'll move between product areas and the shared services beneath them, taking on the problems where cross-product thinking matters most.
What You'll Do
- Own cross-platform initiatives end to end, from discovery through launch and adoption.
- Apply AI and automation where they matter most. Find manual, repetitive steps in customer workflows and replace them with assistance people can trust and verify.
- Design for many users. Build experiences for the different people involved in an investigation, from technical specialists to non-technical stakeholders.
- Work across product and engineering teams to make capabilities consistent and reusable across the platform.
- Drive adoption, not just delivery. Define success metrics and own the experiences that move them.
- Prioritize with clarity. Write clear specs and decision memos, and make trade-offs visible.
- Be the voice of the customer. Spend time with users, run discovery, and turn feedback into testable requirements.
- Enable go-to-market. Partner with marketing, sales, customer success, and services on launches and enablement.
The kinds of Problems you'll Solve
- Making complex, multi-step workflows simpler and faster with AI and automation.
- Building shared platform capabilities that many products and teams rely on.
- Delivering products that meet strict security, privacy, and compliance expectations.
- Helping customers get more value from the tools they already use.
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 in B2B SaaS or enterprise platform products.
- A track record of shipping platform or multi-product capabilities that other teams build on - identity, permissions, data models, APIs, or workflow engines.
- Hands-on experience shipping AI, ML, or workflow-automation features that measurably reduced customer effort or time to outcome.
- Experience with products delivered across more than one deployment model (SaaS, private cloud, on-premises).
- Strong technical fluency: you can go deep with architects on services, data flows, and trade-offs, and explain the result plainly to customers and executives.
- Evidence of moving adoption metrics, not just shipping features - onboarding, activation, retention, or expansion.
- Comfort leading through ambiguity and influence across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams without direct authority.
- Clear written communication: specs, decision memos, and roadmaps people actually read.
- Ability to work in a regulated, high-trust domain where accuracy, auditability, and privacy matter.
Nice to Have Skills
- Background in digital forensics, law enforcement, public safety, legal tech, or eDiscovery.
- Experience with government security and compliance programs (e.g., CJIS, FedRAMP).
- Experience with LLMs or agentic workflows, especially where explainability and human review are required.
- Experience with platform foundations such as identity, permissions, or licensing.
What Success Looks like
- First 30 days: Learn the platform, our products, and our customers. Spend time with users and map where their time goes.
- First 90 days: Own one or two cross-platform initiatives with clear goals and metrics, and ship a first improvement customers notice.
- First 6 months: Be the go-to PM for a set of platform-wide capabilities, with measurable gains in adoption and customer efficiency.
