What you will do
- Own the product vision and roadmap for Closinglock Title Operations which involves identifying marketing opportunities, conducting user research, and defining the strategic direction for your product(s).
- Drive key results such as user conversion, product adoption, and delivery of new payment product offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, product marketing) to translate product vision into tangible features and functionality.
- Balance business objectives, user needs, and technical feasibility to prioritize features and ensure timely delivery.
- Understand how to size up an opportunity based on defined business criteria
- Champion user-centric design principles to create intuitive and secure financial interfaces that exceed customer expectations.
- Ensure product compliance with relevant financial regulations and security standards.
- Track product performance using key metrics, analyze user behavior, and leverage data to inform product iterations and strategic decisions.
- Closely monitor the evolving title operations landscape and broader real estate industry, identify emerging technologies and trends, and proactively adapt your product strategy.
- Effectively communicate product vision, progress, and challenges to internal stakeholders and external partners.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a product manager in a fast-paced environment.
- A proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products.
- A deep understanding of the real estate industry, trends, and emerging technologies.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and work independently.
- Attention to detail and examples of driving results for the business
- Enthusiasm for innovation and a passion for improving overall customer experience through technology.
Bonus Points:
- Experience working in a highly regulated environment.
- Working within a tech startup environment is a strong plus
- Experience with basic business modeling to quantify the impact of roadmap priorities
