Your new team is a group of motivated, collaborative, and innovative people. They are Designers, Product Managers, and Developers from more than seven different countries. They enjoy working together to create and evolve a well-loved product but always keep room for new ideas and approaches. Your Mission
As a Product Manager Group lead for our DAM (Digital Asset Management) solution, you’ll be responsible for defining the product strategy at a group level and ensuring that the product roadmaps for all teams within your group align with the overall Frontify product strategy and business goals. You'll guide and coordinate PMs driving feature development within our DAM, and also work as a hands-on PM for a specific key area within the DAM solution.
Your Responsibilities
- Evolve and communicate our DAMs product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the group's overall product strategy and roadmap.
- Communicate product updates and progress to the broader organization.
- Analyze market trends, competitor landscapes, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for new features and improvements.
- Happy to sit in a non-direct management role but still help coach PMs in your group to understand customer needs and Frontify’s business dynamics and technology.
- Support PMs in executing go-to-market strategies and product launches.
- Orchestrate work in cross-functional teams and collaborate closely with design, engineering, and marketing to build innovative, user-friendly products.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements, identify pain points, and ensure alignment on product goals.
- Act as a hands-on PM for a key area and drive the product development process, from ideation and concept creation to delivery and iteration.
Your Story
- You have 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably within a SaaS or tech environment.
- You have created and owned multiple product strategies.
- You hold a strong track record of creating strong product strategies and successful products.
- You have experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with designers and engineers to deliver user-centric solutions.
- You bring an entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving and can pivot fast when needed.
- You have a strategic and analytical mindset and can gather and interpret data to set direction and make informed decisions.
- You hold strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and manage timelines.
- You can influence and guide without managerial authority.
- You have excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- You speak English fluently.
