As part of our strategic growth and commitment to enhancing our operational flexibility, we are excited to announce our transition to a hybrid working model. We will be establishing offices in Austin, Boston, Chicago, Denver, New York City, Philadelphia, New Jersey, Raleigh and Toronto. These cities will serve as key hubs for our operations. We are actively seeking talented individuals to join our team and support this dynamic shift. Candidates interested in these opportunities should reside within a reasonable commuting distance from one of these future office locations, as employees will be expected to work from the office at least three days a week. This approach will enable us to cultivate a collaborative and innovative environment while providing the flexibility that modern work demands. This position is located in our Toronto office.

The Senior Product Manager works strategically to support our desired growth in advancing the AI in our Drafting product line. This role requires collaborating with customers and analyzing market trends to ensure we are continuously delivering value. The successful candidate will guide the product lifecycle from concept to launch and will be able to effectively communicate with executives to align product strategies with company objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with company objectives

  • Identify market opportunities and shape product roadmaps for competitive advantage

  • Lead cross-functional teams through product development and successful launches

  • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring products meet user needs and expectations

  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to gather insights and validate concepts

  • Drive go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and sales enablement

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure cohesive execution

  • Monitor product performance and market trends to refine strategies

  • Use data, customer feedback, and competitive analysis to guide product decisions

  • Manage product budgets and allocate resources to maximize ROI

  • Partner with Engineering, Design, and Operations to deliver high-quality products on time

  • Ensure alignment and communication across all departments involved in product delivery

  • Present product strategies and updates to executives and board members

  • Align product goals with broader company strategy and secure stakeholder buy-in

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product management

  • Proven track record of successfully bringing products to market and/or driving revenue growth.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

  • Demonstrable familiarity with generative AI / Large Language Model technology 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead others.

  • Experience in the legal technology market or a related industry is highly desirable.

  • Ability to manage up, including with executives, to align strategies and achieve organizational goals.
