Company Overview

At Hubstaff, our mission is to empower people to have their most productive workday. We do this by providing the industry-leading workforce analytics and time tracking platform for remote and distributed teams.

We’ve been fully remote for over a decade—long before it became a trend—and we continue to believe that remote work represents the most significant shift in the modern workplace since the advent of the PC. Our platform helps more than 95,000 businesses track time, manage schedules, and automate payments with transparency and accountability at its core.

We’re a product-led company with a winning culture, strong momentum, and a long-term vision: to become an essential part of every remote company’s tech stack. And we’re just getting started.

The Position

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team and lead the vision, strategy, and execution of a core product area. You’ll work closely with the CPO, engineers, designers, and cross-functional partners to deliver impactful solutions that empower remote teams around the world.

This is a high-impact, long-term role with full product ownership and strategic visibility. You’ll collaborate with our partnerships team to shape integration strategies, engage directly with customers to uncover insights, and help define the roadmap that drives growth and innovation at scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Contribute to the direction of our product strategy within your area, in alignment with company goals

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and customers to define key opportunities and architect end-to-end solutions

  • Work cross-functionally with leadership, sales, partnerships, and customer success to align product decisions with business priorities

  • Engage deeply with customers to gather feedback and prioritize features that enhance user experience

  • Develop and maintain a clear, actionable product roadmap

  • Define OKRs and key metrics to track product performance and drive continuous improvement

  • Stay informed on industry trends and the competitive landscape to uncover new opportunities

  • Support the evolution of product management practices and mentor peers on process improvements

Requirements

  • You embody our core values

  • 5+ years of experience designing and shipping complex B2B SaaS products

  • Demonstrated ability to take products from concept through launch with measurable results

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across both technical and non-technical audiences

  • High empathy and desire to understand and help customers succeed

  • Experience collaborating with go-to-market teams and executive stakeholders

  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience using tools like SQL, Amplitude, or Looker

  • Strong self-direction, ownership, and ability to manage ambiguity

  • Experience working in a fully remote team environment

Bonus Points if You Have

  • Experience building and launching partner integrations

  • Familiarity with moving upmarket and serving enterprise customer needs

  • Background working with GTM teams to shape roadmap and launch strategy

  • Experience in remote collaboration tools or workforce management products

  • Solid understanding of customer lifecycle and feedback loops

Why You Should Apply

  • Join a growing, remote-first SaaS company shaping the future of distributed work

  • Own and influence a key product area with strategic impact

  • Work closely with the CPO and cross-functional leaders

  • Be part of a thoughtful, collaborative product organization that values craft, ownership, and autonomy

  • Help build world-class tools used by thousands of teams across the globe

Compensation & Benefits

  • Location: Remote – open to candidates anywhere in Canada

  • Contract Type: Full-time employee

  • Base Salary: CA $120,000–$135,000, depending on experience

  • Bonus: Competitive annual bonus based on performance and team goals

  • OTE: Approx. CA $150,000

Perks & Benefits:

  • Comprehensive private health insurance for you and your family

  • Generous paid time off policy that supports rest, well-being, and personal needs

  • Annual stipend for home office setup, wellness, or professional development

  • Transparent career paths and regular performance reviews

  • A truly remote-first culture with the flexibility to design your workday
