ABOUT THE ROLE:
Plusgrade is seeking a collaborative, creative and customer-centric Senior Product Marketing Manager to position and market ancillary solutions that travel companies will adopt and travelers will love. This position plays a key role in driving demand, usage and continued relevance of our products through their lifecycle to support Plusgrade’s growth and commercial objectives. They will be an expert on our products, and develop a deep understanding of the industry, customers and travelers.
The Senior Product Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Business Development, and Partner Success teams, thriving in an environment of rapid growth and change. We're seeking someone with a proven track record of driving results in dynamic, evolving organizations—a self-starter who consistently identifies and acts on opportunities to improve and innovate.
***Note: The duration of this contract will be from the time of hire until August 2026***
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
• Defining and regularly strengthening the value proposition, positioning and messaging for their portfolio of products
• Creating compelling sales enablement collateral including but not limited to: sales decks, case studies, product videos and sales training content
• Partnering with Product and Partner Enablement to develop and execute impactful go-to-market plans that drive demand and adoption of our products and features
• Supporting our Business Development and Partner Success teams in the selling of our products and features
• Working closely with the Content and Creative teams to bring our product messaging and campaigns to life in different channels and assets
• Liaising with cross-functional teams to gather insights and success stories that support our product value propositions
• Leveraging industry, competitive and consumer insights to inform product marketing strategy for different audiences
YOU ARE SOMEONE WITH:
• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in a B2B technology environment
• Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical product information into compelling marketing narratives
• Confident, self-motivated and resourceful
• Resourceful and independent problem solver
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with ability to synthesize data and insights and turn them into actionable plans and compelling messaging
• Highly collaborative mindset and demonstrated ability to influence and gain cooperation in a non-authority relationship
