The responsibilities of this role will include:
Process Automation & Tool Ownership
- Identify, design, and implement automated workflows using Workato, streamlining operations and improving scalability.
- Serve as Jira and Confluence administrator for Managed Services, customizing workflows, dashboards, and schemas to support program needs.
- Manage integrations and ensure system configurations meet evolving service demands.
Program Leadership & Strategic Execution
- Lead high-impact, cross-functional programs focused on scaling Managed Services capabilities through automation and process improvement.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Service Delivery, Engineering, and Customer Success to align initiatives with business priorities.
- Define clear roadmaps, timelines, milestones, and success metrics across multiple initiatives.
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Drive process standardization and build scalable frameworks to support service delivery and program governance.
- Champion continuous improvement through data-informed change initiatives that align with business goals and elevate service performance.
- Lead organizational change efforts by transforming insights from retrospectives into actionable strategies that drive measurable outcomes.
Cross-Functional Enablement & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing insight into automation capabilities and operational workflows.
- Establish and maintain communication plans that ensure program transparency and cross-team alignment.
- Deliver executive-level updates on program progress, blockers, and impact metrics.
The skills you'll bring include:
- 3+ years of experience in program or project management within a SaaS, cybersecurity, or managed services environment.
- Demonstrated experience in Workato (or equivalent automation tools) for enterprise process automation.
- Advanced Jira and Confluence administration skills, with hands-on experience configuring custom workflows and automations.
- Strong background in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, ITIL, etc.).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs with measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and technical aptitude, including experience working with APIs, integrations, or workflow automation logic.
- PMP, Agile, or similar certifications (preferred).
