What you'll be doing

As a member of CIBC’s Alternate Solutions Group, the Senior Project Coordinator, IT is responsible for tracking, reporting, monitoring, and following up on financial information as directed. The Senior Project Coordinator, IT exercises independent judgment within defined procedures, while also supporting various activities such as financial tracking, reporting and project management support.

At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-2 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote. 

How you'll succeed

  • Tracking and Reporting – Ability to track and represent data by creating reports for the desired audience using various tools.  Have the ability to review and analyze data and trends as well as interpret information.
  • Project Financials – Track and reconcile financials ensuring resolution of anomalies, update and reconcile latest estimates ensuring actuals to plan, make recommendations and escalating as appropriate.
  • Relationship building – Support the team and business partners by working collaboratively and building a good relationship
